The purpose of the surveys is to determine whether the ship is conform to the rules and whether she may function in a safe manner. A survey may include a general examination of the ship, the control of selected elements, and participation to necessary tests and experiences.
As for annual and interim surveys, these are audits, during which the control (survey) of surface gear and equipment and underwater hull area are carried out. If the dock survey period of the ship expires before the class extension or normal audit period, underwater examination (underwater survey) shall be carried out by an approved diving firm. Our company provides Class survey (ABS Class. Class, NK, DNV-GL Class, Bureau Veritas, RINA, Russian Lloyd, Turkish Llloyd) service to floating vehicles of any class, with its professional divers team and its state of the art survey equipment. We also provide underwater survey service to yachts, boats (recreationalexcursion) and fishing vessels used for commercial purposes through the Underwater Survey License and Camera we obtained from the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs, and Communication All your'floating vehicles are controlled before the survey according to the agreement, and are made ready for survey (cleaning, opening of sea chest, screw polishing, etc.).
The speed and therefore fuel consumption of a ship is significantly affected by the cleanliness/dirtiness state of the underwater hull and the screw. In the light of the feedbacks we received from our customers, it has been observed that, after hull cleaning, the speed of the ship usually increases by 10% (± 5 %). Also, in order for the surveyor to be able to see the state of the underwater hull and the screw clearly during Class survey (interim survey or extension survey), (t should be clear. The underwater hull cleaning of the ship is carried out by our company's divers in the fastest way.

Ship engines and generators run as water-cooled machines. Water, circulating in their circuits is not received from a radiator or any tank; instead it is directly absorbed from the sea, and is discharged out when the cycle is completed. Furthermore, ships receive water to their balance task and redress the balance, according to the sea and cargo conditions. Cooling and balance water are absorbed from sea chests, which are located in the underwater hall. Sea chests and water reception valves are blocked by sea organisms (mussels, shipworm, algae, dead fish, etc.) or foreign substances (bag, wrapping paper, plastic, etc.) due to several factors, or they become polluted enough to make the absorption harder. Professional divers of our company open the grills of sea chests, and carry out the cleaning of the inside of the sea chest. We also tease the valve associates within the sea chest, for engine room valve replacement.
A metal or alloy, which is relatively more active in terms of electrochemistry, is contacted to a more valuable metal object, in a manner to create a corrosion circuit. Under the relevant circumstances, active metal, behaves as anode, and through being corroded at a certain speed, it dies off in time. In the meantime, the other metal is saved from being subject to corrosion. The material, connected to the circuit, and behaving as anode, is referred as the "lead anodew.
Likewise, lead anode (sacrificial anode, zinc) is boiled and precautions are taken to protect any iron surface (underwater hull, pole) exposed to seawater from corrosion and to increase their lives. Our company, with its professional skin divers, carries out underwater anode welding for poles, zinc (anode) welding for underwater hull (underwater zinc source), and welded cathodic protection procedures. Plates of corroded floating vessels, or floating vessels damaged or worn through due to other reasons, are boiled through underwater welding, providing impermeability. Holes and damages, which may not be eliminated through underwater welding, are made impermeable with the Dublin method we carry out specifically, through the use of special plate and T pin.
